Programs & Services
R.I.T.E. of Way delivers prevention-focused support through four core service areas:
Mentorship & Lived-Experience Guidance
Youth are paired with credible mentors who have firsthand experience navigating high-risk environments and successfully transitioning into stability. Mentorship emphasizes accountability, goal-setting, and redefining success beyond street narratives.
Counseling & Therapeutic Support
Licensed social workers and therapists provide one-on-one and group counseling addressing trauma, anger, grief, emotional regulation, and identity development.
24-Hour Youth Support Line
A confidential support line offers real-time guidance to youth who need someone to talk to before making a decision that could permanently alter their lives. This service functions as immediate violence and crisis prevention.
Community-Based Outreach & Violence Prevention
Outreach workers deliver workshops, education, and early intervention in schools, community organizations, jails and priority neighbourhoods, serving as a bridge into R.I.T.E. of Way’s services.
